Allan is a senior procurement executive with considerable experience as a practitioner, consultant and coach. Allan has held board level appointments in a variety of organizations and recently established a HK based company to promote procurement transformation. Allan is currently pursuing a PhD in Knowledge and Innovation Management at Bangkok University researching into the relationship between knowledge based practices, procurement and supply chain management and innovation in supply chains. Allan is a Life Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, and holds an MBA from De Montfort University in the UK.
