Dr. Royol finished his doctoral degree at Informatics Institute, Innsbruck University, Austria. With his background in mathematics, informatics and his involvement in water issues, he has developed many projects in collaboration with private sectors and government agencies to enhance water resource management in Thailand including the ones that following the initiative of H.M. the King. He has also taken parts in different roles related to informatics for water resource management and disaster prevention from the community level, regional level to the International level, right now, HAII is responsible for gathering all of water relevant data as a National Hydroinformatics and Climate Data Center.
